I went into Real Estate but decided to be different. I hate old school sales tactics, forcing someone to give contact information to see an open house they just randomly drove by and now you are being flooded with the marketing emails. Giving your phone number to someone just for it to be like a shark with blood in the water with calls and texts to sell you something every day. It all drove me crazy and I made a promise to myself, if I find it annoying and awful, I am not going to do it to someone else. That philosophy has shaped my business and everything I do. Instead of being a salesman I became a trusted friend and advisor for a process that is often stressful, difficult, and can lead to someone pulling their hair out. I intentionally limit my client pool and say no to people I do not think I can help achieve their goals. This means I am focused on you, your unique situation, and setting you up as best as possible for your future.
